Q. How do I make an order at SES FASHION Online?
A.

1. Make sure you register with us. You must register with us in order to purchase items online. Joining membership is FREE to everyone.

2. Once you found the item(s) to buy, click "Add to Bag", this will add your selected item to be saved in your "My Shopping Bag" which you can check out these items anytime you want. If you have more than one item to buy, this "My Shopping Bag" will save the list of all the items that you have selected and will allow you to pay all of them at once upon Check Out.

3. Once you have selected the items, click "CHECK OUT" button shown in "MY SHOPPING BAG", this will take you to check out page which will show the list of all the items and its prices.

4. Once you confirm your shopping list, click "CONFIRM" and this will take you to "Payment Page".

5. Check your personal details and make sure all the details are correct including your delivery address.

6. Enter the Card Details.
Once your payment successes, you will receive the confirmation email to your email address.

 
Q. How long does it take to get my order?
A.

Delivery takes up to 10 working days depends on stock availability and delivery locations.

 
Q. How much is postage and handling?
A.

It would be vary depending on delivery locations.

*we are not available to international postage service.

 
Q. Does SES Online deliver to PO BOX addresses?
A.

In order to deliver goods we require a physical street address.
Delivery is via courier and cannot be to a Post Office Box.
Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested. To assist us with processing your order, please provide your land-line phone number as well as a mobile contact number.

 
Q. What are the payment options?
A.

Payment is required before the goods can be delivered to you.
We accept payment via VISA and MasterCard.

 
Q. What is SES's policy on exchange and refunds?
A.

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you:
   - Simply change your mind
   - Make a wrong decision. (i.e. wrong size or style)
   - found the same item cheaper elsewhere
   - purchased discounted products

We gladly exchange or refund:
   -Where goods are faulty

Exchange items must be in the original condition (unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached) within 7 days of purchases except the items found damaged/wrecked by the purchaser/customer.

All postage costs will be covered by the customer when returning.
